Rolling
SSP’s rolling mill produces flat rolled products in standard and custom sizes ranging from gauges of .032” to 4.00” and widths up to 40”. We offer capabilities to support multiple titanium grades while producing small minimum order quantities to large quantity mill runs.
Heat Treatment
Our NADCAP certified continuous roller hearth furnace allows for in-house control of thermal treatment, priority scheduling and operating efficiency.
Cutting
Home to a wide range of band saws and shearing equipment, SSP can provide a variety of cutting solutions for both sheet and plate – saving our customers unnecessary yield loss and time.
Surface Finishing
All under one roof, our lineup of abrasive, blast, and environmentally safe chemical etching equipment allows us to meet stringent customer requirements for dimensions and surface quality.
Service
SSP sales acceleration is rooted in providing customers with a total cost improvement including reduced inventory, customization/yields, short cycle times and small lot size requirements. This is the differentiator from other mills and leverages the historical Industry delivery performance.
